Shipping and Returns
Shipping :
All Ready to dispatch products are dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order and there after delivered within 3-5 working days.
All Made to order/ Customized Orders are dispatched within 7 working days and there by delivered within 3-5 days after dispatch.
Delivery :
We send all orders via trusted courier partners and they reach within 3-5 days of dispatch depending upon your location. You shall receive tracking details via SMS and Email provided while placing the order.
Please note that we provide Free shipping only in India. International shipping rates will be calculated based on the order volume and location.
Return & Exchange Policy :
Since our products are handmade, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of aclutchstory.com.
Defective/Damaged Merchandise:
While we strive to ensure that all of our products are carefully checked, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order or within 3 days at info@aclutchstory.com and we would be happy to replace the same. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product. Any complaints received after 3 days of receiving the shipment shall not be entertained.
Please Note:
Minor variations from piece to piece are the prized characteristics of making every piece by hand. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.
Colors: Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
