SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping : 

We take a maximum of 5-7 working days to dispatch handmade products and a maximum of 10-15 working days to dispatch the Resin/Marble and Custom made products. If you need your Order Urgent, please shop from our Ready to Ship section. 

Delivery : 

We send all orders via trusted courier partner Delhivery and they reach within 1-5 days of dispatch depending upon your location. You shall receive tracking details via SMS on the number provided while placing the order. 

International Delivery : 

For placing an international order, kindly Email/WhatsApp us at Info@aclutchstory.com /+91 9717833362 with your order and we shall get back to you with the shipping and Payment details.  Please note that we provide Free shipping only in India. International shipping rates will be calculated based on the order volume and location.

Return & Exchange Policy :

Since our products are handmade, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of aclutchstory.com.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise:

While we strive to ensure that all of our products are carefully checked, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at info@aclutchstory.com and we would be happy to replace the same. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product. Any complaints received after 3 days of receiving the shipment shall not be entertained.

Please Note: Minor variations from piece to piece are the prized characteristics of making every piece by hand. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.

Colors: Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.

All returns/exchanges/refunds if any, will be at the discretion of aclutchstory.com
