Can I customize my order to Match it to my outfit or Have my Name/Initials written on it?

Yes, we do all of this. Please visit our Customized page and choose your option-upload your photos and our expert designer will get in touch with you. 

Will my bag piece change color over time?

All embellishments change color slightly over time. To minimize this please store your piece in a dust bag provided with your order. Please spot clean to remove stains. Please avoid continuous contact with delicate clothing and exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes. 

Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?

We ensure that all our products are photographed under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close as possible to the actual product. However, there may be minor color variations in the material/fabrics of the image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

Do you do Wedding Favors for gifting?

Yes, of course. Please click on the Wedding Favors option in the Shop section and choose from our gift range. The prices mentioned are for minimum 50 pcs per style.

Will my order reach me safely?

Each A Clutch Story product is carefully packed in a dust bag and then covered in layers of Bubble wrap to ensure that your piece reaches you safely. 

Do you have cash on Delivery option?

Yes, we offer a Cash on Delivery option at no extra charge!

How do I track my order?

As soon as you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from CcAvenue (our partner payment gateways) as a proof of payment. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS on the phone number provided while placing the order.

How long will it take for me to receive my product?

For all Ready to Ship items, the orders will be shipped the very next day. For Made to order pieces, the orders will be shipped within 5-7 days for Handembroideredand 10-15 days for Resin/Custom made.
